This location is quiet, part of a secluded community across from the golf course and includes a
lovely open terrace between the main living areas and the master bedroom.
Ocean views from all rooms, the living area is open and spacious, includes
the kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are two baths and the
master suite is separated from the main living area and guest room by a
covered terrace with gorgeous views. The condo has airconditioning in
every room, but with the great sea breezes, you only need it in the hotter
months of the year. There is a short path to the beach with beautiful white
sand. This area is home of the kiteboarding on the island and the beach is
truly lovely to walk, sunbathe or watch these athletes flying across the
sea.
There are only 8 units in the building and you have a great deal of privacy.
There is a common area with chairs and tables for entertaining and also an
outdoor shower for your sandy return from a swim.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo. It comes fully furnished and
ready for a great vacation. You can either rent a car, ride bikes or taxis
are close by to take you into San Miguel for restaurants, shopping or the
other many activities the island has to offer.
The owner is often on site and can arrange to meet you at the airport and
help you get acquainted with the condo as well as giving you tips for the
special things to do in Cozumel. There is a dive company ready to take you
diving or snorkeling and fishing trips can be arranged as well.
About Cozumel - Mexico's Isla Cozumel is located in the western Caribbean, 12 miles off the
coastline of the Yucatan Peninsula, about 45 miles south of Cancun. The island
is approximately 30 (48km) miles long and 10 (16km) miles wide.
Famous for its turquoise water, white sand beaches, fabulous dive sites, and
friendly people, you can also visit a Maya ruin, swim with dolphins, take
jeep tours in the jungle or a submarine ride. There are many, many lovely
snorkel locations, great restaurants, art galleries, and even a go-cart
track.
From Cozumel (by ferry or airplane), there's easy access to the many
attractions of the Yucatan Peninsula, including Cancun, Chichen Itza and
Tulum. Many people during the summer months are taking the weekend to visit
the island of Holbox where you can swim with 45' whale sharks (totally
friendly guys) and stay in charming B&B's or quaint two-story palapa hotels.
This trip is about 3 and 1/2 hours from Cozumel and is worth the time and
effort as you can also see miles of flamingos on their beautiful beaches.
Cozumel was proud to host the kite boarding competition. This took place on
the other side of the island, which is wild and beautiful. You must be
careful, the currents and undertow can be strong on that side, There are now
many sites with lifeguards or many private areas to enjoy a day on the
ocean. If you are interested in learning to kite board, the beautiful beach
in front of the condo is the home of the local kite boarders.
We look forward to seeing you in Cozumel!
